Yep there will be a public Beta before final so you can see what we have been working on. Some things you'll see/experience and other things you won't as its behind the scenes to secure Battlefield 2 accounts and playing experiences.
The beta would be for everyone that wants to install it, the more people that do the better feedback we get and we don't have an update 1.30 again. That update alone set us on the road of public beta to stop it from happening in another update. The plan is to get it out before Christmas yes.

The Forgotten Hope 2 website has been updated, by posting a new update today showing content planned for their v2.15 patch, which they plan to release on Friday, December 5th.

IGN currently post up a feature article of Grand Theft Auto IV wich will be released for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. The article contains a few videos aswell. Make sure to watch them.
Most know Grand Theft Auto IV, Rockstar's most recent sequel in its most recognizable franchise, is coming to the PC early this December. Many who own consoles have already had the opportunity to play, as the game was made available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this past April, but there are still a few new things that might be worth checking out. There'll be better graphics for those with rigs powerful enough to take advantage of them, as you might expect. Then there's also enhanced multiplayer search functionality and support for simultaneous use of a gamepad with mouse and keyboard controls. Valve has also announced that the PC port of Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto 4 is now available for pre-order on the Steam digital distribution service.
Those who buy the game ahead of time on Steam will receive the full PC version of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City as a pre-order bonus.

The battlefield Heroes Beta has been closed. Being a free-to-play shooter, Battlefield Heroes requires players to visit the game's web site. While Battlefield Heroes' closed beta has given the development team useful information regarding in-game balancing and bug issues.
The team is currently focusing its attention towards the game's website and backend support.
While Battlefield Heroes was originally set for a summer 2008 release, at this point, the development team expects the beta to re-open in early 2009.
